I have nothing bad to say at all. Great service from the start. Their online submission was easy to fill out and the response was timely. I had my hot water heater completely replaced. The technician was very kind and personable. The replacement was done quickly; the installation was impeccable. Would absolutely recommend.

Great experience- Garett saved us 27K !!! Another Plumber said we needed to replace our sewer line. Garrett could have taken our $$ too. But this fine man showed us why we didn't need to. Honest, knowledeable, and great at explaining every detail to us. Our new plumber. Should be yours too- won't be disappointed. His scheduler Briona is really nice and on top of it.

I found rod-o-matic after a failed attempt with a previous plumber. Tony and his helper hooked up a waterline for my refrigerator. He communicated well by telling me what he was doing and pricing before he began any work. I have an old house with a crawl space, which I know can be difficult but they completed the job perfectly!

Tony was very professional and courteous. He explained everything. When we need a plumber again, definitely would ask for him. Also, the lady that answers the phone, returned my call in a timely manner and and was respectful and business like. The overall experience was very great.

This company came recommended by another I called who thought the issue was like a sewer line issue to the house. It turned out to be a clog in the house line likely at a joint section. Tony was great, very personable and educational. Quick to respond and communicates well. I have them saved in my contacts should I need them again! Thank you.

Tony was an absolute joy and did very professional work. We had a leak from our upstairs kitchen sink to our basement. The job turned out to be a lot harder than we thought, but he took the time to figure it out and fix the problem completely. It is totally dry in our basement and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Not only did Tony fix the problem, he took the time to explain everything as he went to make sure we understood what he was doing and how to prevent this from happening in the future. This is our second time using Rod-O-Matic, as we had a shower issue several months ago that was fixed completely by Garrett. Both of these gentleman were kind, friendly, and professional. These guys have taken care of my plumbing for almost 10 years and every time has been perfect service. They go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of. Excellent company.
